There are trails that can be reached just outside the house, and of course there are numerous trails, creeks, and parks in the immediate vicinity. Hikers, bikers, hunters, fishers and outdoors folks of all kinds will enjoy the rustic beauty of The River Moss Cabin. Local parks include Lake Winfield Scott and Vogel State Park. For the more adventurous explorers there are countless miles to explore in the Chattahoochee National Forest and the myriad other state lands and waters in the area, like the Coopers Creek Wildlife Management Area.
