Owners pay a 3% commission on bookings through our platform. This covers administrative fees, tax collection, and processing fees.

Inclusive of all processing fees, renters pay a service fee of 13% for stays 14 days or less and 10% for stays 15 days or more. No more guessing what the rate is.
