Outdoors by Owner- Listing Referral Agreement 2023

Support Outdoors by Owner by choosing them for your customer’s lodging needs. Not only do we directly support the guide community, we give back to conservation groups such as Georgia Saltwater Anglers Association; The Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast of Florida, the North Carolina Coastal Foundation and many more worthy groups. We also provide rewards to our guests, such as annual trip giveaways.With our ‘Guide & Outfitter Program’ we will encourage the outdoor community to give preference to the use of our platform as a way to help protect and preserve the outdoor way of life as well as the timeless and vast paradigm shifting oasis which we all have come to value so deeply. By this approach, which aligns our communal values with that of the outdoor community, we aim to become the de facto lodging platform for the outdoor adventure seekers. We further recognize that most outdoor professionals seek to control the relationship they have with their client base. We recognize that their client list is sacred to their livelihood. We will aim to protect those hard earned relationships and have engineered this program so that professionals are incentivized to drive their clients to our site for bookings versus us directly soliciting your clients.



How You Benefit. For every 15 days originated on our platform, Outdoor by Owner will credit our professionals with 1’night’ of free stay anywhere on our platform, such ‘night’ having a value of $250 (‘Night’). Any Night earned by you must be booked on OBO within two years of earning the Night. Nights must be redeemed on the OBO platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tangible benefits. Nights may not be transferred, assigned, or pooled without the express written consent of Outdoors by Owner, Inc. :

How to Earn. Each ‘Pro’ will be given a unique promotional code for his clients to utilize on the platform. This code also unlocks the benefit of being entered into an annual giveaway for the guest where we will select one winner for a free week in a property.

Welcome Kit. As an Outdoors by Owner ‘Pro’, you will be sent a welcome kit that includes things like branded tumbler(s), hat, buffs and sunglass cleaning clothes. The buffs and sunglass clothes will be for client gifts by the professional.

Annual Recognition Event. Annually, Outdoors by Owner may host an event to thank and recognize the top professionals supporting our business. This event will take place in the community of the most originations and provide the opportunity for us to strengthen relationships across industries vital to our livelihood. Dates, times, and locations will be provided to all participating guides at the time any such event is scheduled.Additional Compensation and Incentives:(1) Refer OBO other Guides and Outfitters. Know other guides or outfitters that might be interested in our program? Let us know that you’d like to refer some folks and we will compensate you with $250 or 2 Nights per accepted referral. You must first be registered and approved as ‘Pro’ to qualify for this additional benefit and must be approved to refer other guides and outfitters. We like to have giveaways and other ways to promote our properties and your services. If you’d like to trade us a guided experience to use in promotion of the market, we will offer 2 free nights on the platform. The minimum value of the exchanged service must be $400. Do you know folks in your market that own rental properties that would be great for OBO? Send them our way, and we’ll give you $150.00 for every property that we accept on the platform subject to our listing referral program. Outdoors by Owner, Inc. may terminate this agreement with you by providing notice to your email and/or telephone number. You may terminate by providing written notice to [email protected]. In the event that you fail to refer any Renters for a period of 6 consecutive months or more, Outdoors by Owner, Inc. will deem this Agreement terminated by you. In the event Outdoors by Owner terminates this Agreement, you will be entitled to redeem all earned benefits. In the event you terminate this agreement, all benefits will be forfeited and may not be redeemed.
