Earn $150 for every listing you refer to obo*OBO is a short term rental platform that markets properties based on their amenities and proximity and access to outdoor recreation. A large part of our corporate philosophy is to foster relationships with the communities that we operate in by supporting guides and outfitters and giving back to conservation groups in the area.

We’re a new platform, and we’re looking to expand to new markets quickly. If you know of properties that have great amenities, are proximate to outdoor recreation, or would otherwise be a great fit on OBO, we’ll pay you $150 for each property you refer (subject to the terms and conditions below).

Thanks for your interest in becoming a referral partner of Outdoors by Owner, Inc. By affirming below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Listing Referral Agreement (sometimes referred to as the “Program” for convenience).Referrer Qualifications:

1. You must be above the age of 21 to participate the Program;Referrer Qualifications:2. There is no restriction on the number of properties you can refer;3.You must register for ACH transfers through OBO’s Stripe portal and must have a valid bank account to receive payments;4. All referred must meet the OBO listing guidelines and the Property Qualifications (below);5.You cannot be a property manager or associated with a property management company; and,6. You can refer us to Property Management Companies, but you will not receive compensation for more than one (1) property that is managed by them. This restriction may be waived by OBO on a case by case basis, so just reach out if you’d like to introduce us to a property manager or management company.

Property Qualifications:

1. Properties must be single family homes to qualify for the Program;Referrer Qualifications:2. Properties must have an average daily rate in excess of $250.00 per night excluding cleaning and other fees;3. Properties must meet OBO Listing Guidelines; 3. Referred Property(s) must be registered with OBO; and, Referred Property(s) must be accepted by OBO.

Payment Terms:OBO will remit payment through our Stripe ACH Portal for any referred Property that is referred using your unique referrer id after the Property has remained active on the OBO platform for 90 days. Payment will be remitted within 5 business days of being due and payable.

Term and Termination:This Agreement is terminable by either party at any time. Notices sent pursuant to this clause from Referrer shall be directed to [email protected]. In the event Referrer terminates this Agreement, OBO will remit payment for all referrals that are due and payable and referrer waives payment for any listing that has been referred but not payable.Forum Selection and Venue:Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia and any action shall be brought in the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia.I have read and agree to this agreement
