  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the deck and balcony. Please use the designated smoking area in the alley.
  • Booking Requirements: Guests must be 21 or older to book. Base price assumes two guests sharing a bed; additional fees apply for separate beds.
  • Event Guidelines: Events with up to 10 additional daytime guests are allowed without notification. Notify hosts for more than 10 additional guests or any previously undeclared overnight guests.
  • Off-Peak Season Rates: Reduced rates apply during the off-peak season (October-April).
