The kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, stainless cookware, and is fully stocked with everything you need for your healthy meal prep. The home features 1GB internet service and a swivel-mounted Smart TV with a Visio soundbar for music and entertainment. The lower level features the entry hall, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and covered wrap around deck. The two king bedrooms offer comfy and spacious beds for couples or individuals. Rest well on premium Sapphire mattresses and comfortable linens. A third bedroom features two twin beds in a trundle configuration, perfect for children or private sleeping beds. Pack and play, high chair adapter, baby monitor, and baby gate(s) provided for peace of mind with the kids. The home has been recently updated and furnished by the owners who care about offering a quality guest experience.

NO PARTIES! For real, if you have one we will hear about it, and so will you. We are respectful of our neighbors and we expect all guests to act the same.
PETS: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets due to HOA rules.

CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER: Outside of the cancellation policy, we are not able to offer refunds for cancellations on account of weather, guest schedule changes, and/or conditions that are out of our control as hosts. This includes rain, snowstorms, forest fires, smoke, traffic, and other natural events or acts of God. We are able to honor cancellations if they are covered by Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances policy, and Airbnb is solely responsible for this declaration and offering these refunds. We recommend travel insurance for anyone booking.
PARKING: One parking spot in front of the chalet. Do not in any other numbered spot in the community at any time. Please contact us in advance with any parking questions.
ROAD ACCESS: The roads leading to the chalet are not overly steep and are easily accessible most of the year by any vehicle. During/after winter storms, there may be icy spots on the approach roads, also on the hill in front of the chalet. 4wd is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED during inclement winter weather! Chains are also recommended to abide by traction control laws. We cannot in any way control the conditions of the roads leading to the chalet parking, nor do we warrant our ability to do so. Once a vehicle is parked, we work diligently to shovel and clear snow to access the chalet.
SNOW PLOWING (roads and parking): The HOA typically plows the roads and parking after snow storms conclude. We unfortunately cannot guarantee when the roads and parking spot will be plowed. Also, please note your vehicle must be moved for them to plow the parking spot.
SNOW SHOVELING (walkways and decks): Our maintenance team shovels the walkway from the parking area, the stairs, and the decks. This is done after storms conclude.
BEARS: There are bears in our community. They will seek out food if you leave it on the deck or in your car. Do not leave any food debris, or garbage anywhere outside of the house, in your car, anywhere around the community, or anywhere around Tahoe for that matter. There are waste dumpsters located a short walk from the chalet. If you accumulate garbage during your stay, please take it to these dumpsters promptly.
FIRES: There is no fire pit at the chalet. Do not for any reason have a fire outside. We supply a gas grill for cooking, and there is a gas fireplace inside the chalet for guest use.
