Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, the home also has access to Sargent Beach just steps away, across the street – this really makes the house the perfect location!

You’ll love the amazing views here — at the back of the house, across the ICW is a wildlife refuge, making for fantastic nature watching. Barges go by, and you will frequently see dolphins playing in their wake! You’ll enjoy watching the sun rise from the front patio with a cup of coffee, overlooking the ocean. Later on, you can relax on the back patio and watch the sun set over the ICW. The views here really are hard to beat!
