This beautiful second floor condo has a gorgeous ocean view. The large private deck overlooks the pool and courtyard and is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. This comfortable, nautical themed living room has a brand-new Smart TV. Completely remodeled and updated, the full equipped kitchen with a full-sized washer and dryer makes it ideal for stays of any length. The master bedroom is complete with a brand-new king bed and a tastefully renovated private bathroom. In the second bedroom you’ll find a comfortable brand new king bed (the twin bed in the photo has been removed, updated pictures to come). In the third bedroom or the “Crow’s Nest” there are two twin beds.

All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Outdoor Pursuits

Colony Reef provides ample trailer and boat parking for those looking to hit the water, which has many access points nearby. The Palmetto Road boat ramp is less than a mile from the condos and provides perfect access to the intracoastal waterway.

Boats leaving from the Palmetto Road ramp have an excellent opportunity to take advantage of world class inshore fishing for inshore species like Redfish, Sea Trout and Drum.

If blue water is on the Agenda, we suggest heading north about 5 miles to the Lighthouse Park Boat Ramp, which provides quick access to the St. Augustine Inlet. From there, you can target nearshore species like King Mackerel and Cobia or head out to catch pelagics in the Gulf Stream.

If you’re a paddler, don’t miss the opportunity to paddle through the tidal creeks and oyster beds along the intracoastal. There, you can catch fish, watch marine life like manatees, and see countless shorebirds foraging for food.

For those looking for land based activity, there are a number of parks and nature trails in the St. Augustine Area, and the beaches are loaded with birds and wildlife particularly at sunrise and sunset.
