Art Deco on the Homosassa – 3 Month Minimum

The Art Deco house is the perfect house to relax with the whole family on the Homosassa River. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has large bedrooms, office, screened in porch and a dock that leads you straight out to your boat or to just fish and enjoy the wildlife. This quiet neighborhood has a 3-month minimum stay. Making it a perfect executive rental or long-term quiet stay in the warmth of sunny Florida. Located near the Wildlife Park, shopping and great restaurants.

The space

The Art Deco house has 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Once you walk into the entry way there is a guest bathroom to your left before entering into the open kitchen, living and dining room overlooking the water. The house has been updated with beautiful luxury vinyl floors and a beautiful kitchen. You have your own personal laundry room with a utility sink tucked into the kitchen. The kitchen has a pantry and all the cooking utensils you can think of. We offer a Keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea to get you started. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining area as well as the Homosassa River. Relax in this quiet home. The home offers the master bedroom with a king bed on the main floor as well as an ensuite bathroom with his and her closets. There is a dedicated work office next to the master bedroom next to the screened porch that overlooks the Homosassa River. The house is located close to River Haven marina, Homosassa Springs Marina and Macreas. There are many waterfront restaurants close by including Crumps, Marguerita Grill, The Monkey Bar, The Shed, Nauti Time, Seagrass and more. Coming back into the house you can go upstairs to two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, and their bedroom has 2 twin beds. They pull out from chairs. This room also has a sliding door to an additional upstairs porch that overlooks the river. The full bathroom upstairs features a shower/tub combo.

Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area (WMA)

It is home to various wildlife species, including Florida black bears, gopher tortoises, and Sherman’s fox squirrels. The area also features underwater caves like Buford Spring and Eagle’s Nest Sink, attracting cave divers.
