Nestled in a tranquil spot by the San Sebastian River, this charming one-bedroom cottage promises a comfortable and memorable stay for two guests. The cottage features a queen-sized bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and toaster, along with dishes and utensils. The dining area is a perfect spot to enjoy meals, while the deck/patio, balcony, porch/veranda, and lawn/garden provide ample space to relax and unwind.

Outside, guests can enjoy a range of activities, including fishing, bird/wildlife watching, boating, kayaking, jet skiing, wind-surfing, and water skiing. The cottage offers a kayak/canoe, outdoor furniture, a grill, a fire pit, and a smart TV with a DVD player. Sight fishing for redfish and sea trout is a popular activity. During the summer, targeting tarpon provides a thrilling experience.

Diving enthusiasts have options like exploring offshore reefs teeming with colorful marine life, sea turtles, and occasional sharks. The Blue Heron Bridge is another popular dive site with diverse marine creatures.

Kayaking enthusiasts can paddle along the Grant Paddling Trail, the Turkey Creek Paddling Trail, or the St. Sebastian River Paddling Trail, where they can encounter manatees, dolphins, and various bird species.
