The Grant House is a stunning A-frame chalet located on the Indian River Lagoon, offering a one-bedroom one-bath pool view space on the first floor, a larger second-floor one-bedroom one-bath lagoon view space with a daybed area for two additional guests, and a third-floor loft that sleeps four with an additional bath and balcony. Guests can dock their boats just steps from the home, making it perfect for family fun and island hopping opportunities for boating enthusiasts.

The Grant House boasts exceptional amenities, including access to the fenced-in grounds with a pool, BBQ Hut, beach area, and shared docks. It is composed of two residences, ideal for multi-family getaways, with stairs on the outside providing privacy and a unique birds nest experience.
