Enjoy Old Homosassa in this secluded waterfront saltwater pool home at 6900 S. Pinebranch Pt., Homosassa. The large dock is perfect for fishing and securing your boats. The home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to 11 guests.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, and access to the pool and dock. The master bathroom boasts a dual-control shower with a rain head. The second bedroom has a queen bed with water views, while the guest bathroom includes a shower. An additional room at the front houses a queen bed and two twin beds with a trundle.
The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas are ideal for family gatherings. The dining room seats 8, with additional seating in the breakfast nook and at the bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and a large pantry. The living room overlooks the pool and water, with ample seating and a TV.
Step outside to the outdoor living area, complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining table, bar seating, and poolside TV. Lounge chairs allow you to relax in the pool or enjoy sunset views. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Outside, find a propane BBQ and fire pit along the water's edge.
Near the dock, a fishing cabin with two twin beds provides extra sleeping space. A screened fish cleaning station and commercial ice machine make it convenient for fishing and scalloping trips. Explore Mason Creek with the provided kayaks and spot manatees, otters, dolphins, and more.
The home is located near the Mason Creek public boat ramp and waterfront restaurants, including Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, The Shed, and Margarita Grill. Amenities include fast internet, TVs, linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies, and a coffee station with both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

RENTAL RULES-These will be emailed to you to read over, sign and email back.
PETS are permitted with a $150 pet fee and only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. No Cats.
Parking
PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Trailer Parking: You may park your trailer in the front yard on the grass.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Kayak and Paddle Board usage waiver-
I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) outdoor recreational activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such exist in my use of paddle sport equipment and my participation in paddle sport activities. (B) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/ or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; ( ; the negligence of participants, the negligence of theirs, accidents, beaches or contract, the forces of nature or other causes. Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, guide decision making, including that a guide may misjudge terrain, weather, trail or ocean conditions, and water level, risk of falling out of or drowning while paddle sporting and such other risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational activities that take place in a wilderness, ocean, outdoor, or recreational environment.
By my participation in these activities and/ or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses . I also verify that I am in good health, Not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol of any kind, nor do I have them in my possession , and am capable of pursuing paddle sports, and that my participation in this activity is voluntary. I/we also agree to a properly secured USCG approved personal floatation device, of type 3 or better, at all times.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Scott Family Fish House LLC and Homosassa Vacation Rentals and its owners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of paddle sport equipment or premises or my participation in paddle sport activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have at present time or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers of Scott Family Fish House LLC.
I HAVE READ THE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY BOOKING THIS HOUSE, I AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE SCOTT FAMILY FISH HOUSE LLC AND HOMOSASSA VACATION RENTALS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
