Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our Fairway Townhouse. This split-level townhouse accommodates up to 8 guests with its 3 bedrooms and a den. The upper floor boasts a master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private bath, ensuring a peaceful retreat. On the first level, you'll find another bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and its own private bath. The basement bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for a good night's rest. Additionally, the spacious den in the basement is equipped with two queen sleeper sofas and a flat-screen TV with cable, creating a cozy space for relaxation.
The main floor of the townhouse encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area, providing easy access with just three steps at the front door. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, such as a full range, new microwave, and drip coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. For your comfort, a newly installed mini-split HVAC system allows you to customize the temperature throughout the house.
Step outside onto the wraparound patio deck, offering scenic views of the 18th fairway and the majestic mountains. The deck is easily accessible from the parking area, making it the perfect spot for outdoor enjoyment. New patio furniture and a gas grill are provided, ideal for soaking in the natural beauty while savoring a barbecue. We've thought of everything you need for your stay, including linens, towels, basic condiments, a coffee starter, paper goods, soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap.

Embark on a serene kayaking or rafting voyage commencing near the Carolina Hemlocks Recreation Area. As you drift downstream, you'll find yourself enveloped in the awe-inspiring majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The river presents an enchanting medley of mild rapids and tranquil stretches, rendering it an ideal course for both novices and seasoned paddlers alike. Your aquatic adventure culminates conveniently and scenically at the take-out point near the Black Mountain Campground.

 The South Toe River area provides a range of outdoor opportunities for hikers and bikers. The "Riverside Path" offers captivating riverfront views, providing a scenic escape for hikers. On the other hand, the "Ridgeview Trail" is a favorite among bikers, guiding them through diverse landscapes. These trails allow outdoor enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the South Toe River surroundings while engaging in invigorating outdoor activities. Moreover, the vicinity of Mount Mitchell offers approximately 15 trails, each catering to varying levels of difficulty, beckoning adventurers to explore and discover the rich natural landscapes of the region.
Fishing
The South Toe River is a prime fishing spot, originating from Mount Mitchell and Pisgah National Forest. Its waters are teeming with wild rainbow, brook, and brown trout, thanks to the convergence of Right Prong and Left Prong streams. While upper sections have Wild Regulations, offering a challenge to anglers, the stretch above Black Mountain Campground to Pisgah Game Land Border is perfect for catch-and-release enthusiasts. Downstream, the lower South Toe River offers stocked fishing and wade-friendly areas, ideal for dry fly and nymph fishing, suitable for all skill levels throughout the year.
